About Me

It is my past and my professional experience that led me to choose the profession I practice today.

After a scientific A level and an International MBA from EMLyon, I worked for 20 years as Product Manager for a large pharmaceutical laboratory. Subsequently I advanced my career in new technologies as Business Development Director of the international telecommunications leader and then as the founder of a consulting company.

I know that the pace we set ourselves can sometimes lead us to forget about ourselves, to neglect our diet and therefore our health. Life is an opportunity to get to know, love and grow ourselves.

Through my various travels, I have been able to learn from various world cultures, which have inspired me, In particular, I have been motivated by their dietary practices and their benefits to health, body and mind.

I am now a certified nutritionist dietician and certified in Ericksonian hypnosis. I have a scientific mind but I am also passionate about natural and holistic traditional medicines, which led me to follow several additional trainings, in particular the Chi Nei Tsang (abdominal massage technique which brings the person to connect to his body).

Food is a pillar of health that is inextricably linked with physical activity, mental serenity and sleep. Hypnosis allows the person to refocus, to understand oneself, to overcome internal blockages and bondages, which are sometimes barriers to change.

I would like to share my experiences and knowledge with you so that you can be a conductor of your health, using your own resources!
